            Respectfully, I beg  to state  that I was suffering from  fever and cold for which I could not attend  the school from 15th July to 19th July 2017.

          Therefore, I pray you to be kind and good enough to grant me leave for the above said days of my absence for kind act of which shall remain ever grateful to you.
