The students are the future citizens of a country. They are
trained in the schools, unless the schools are ideal the country cannot get
ideal citizens. Hence ideal schools should be set up all over the country.
An ideal school should be situated in a peaceful site in the lap
of nature free from any kind of pollutions. There should be a good climate. A beautiful garden and a spacious play ground should be there.
The building of an ideal school should be strong, fire proof having sufficient
rooms for classes, office, common rooms for staff and students, library,
science room and a big hall to hold meeting. There should be a good number of windows to let in free air and fresh light. The students should be provided with single chairs and desks.
The students should be admitted through a general test and the
strength should be as per the teacher-pupil ratio. They should be well
disciplined, good competitors. They should keep the good name of the school.
An ideal school should have an ideal staff. They should be highly
qualified and men of character. They can impart good teaching. They should not have any mercenary motive. They should work together with a team spirit. The headmaster should be an ideal teacher cum good administrator. He should have good name and popularity.
An ideal school should have all sorts of study materials,
apparatus, maps, charts, globes, library, laboratory, radio, television sets,
computers museum, audio visual projectors etc. It must have an ideal hostel.
An
ideal school is the glory of our society as it built ideal citizens.
