Write an application to the Principal of a college to sent you to the college prospectus and the necessary forms

          With due to respect and humble submission I beg to state that this year I have passed H.S.C. Examination(Annual) Held under the Board of Secondary Education, Orissa, Cuttack. I want to apply of join the Intermediate Science Class in your college. I need the prospectus and all the necessary forms. I have sent you  the fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees twenty-five only) by M.O. the receipt of which is enclosed herewith.

          Therefore, I pray that you will be kind enough to sent me the said forms and prospectus of which act of your Kindness. I shall remain ever grateful to you.
