SUMMER SEASON

Introduction & Description :-

There are six seasons in a year. Summer is the first season. It rules over May and June. Generally it covers the period from April to July. It is the most hottest season.



Advantages:-

The earth gets straight and direct rays of the sun. So the summer days are very hot. The sun rays become piercing. The scorching heat makes the earth dry. Tanks, rivers, wells dry up. Water becomes scarce. Trees look pale. Grass is almost dead. The nature seems to be lifeless. Mid-day is very hot. People suffer a lot. All through the day people sweet profusely. Days are longer than the nights, All feel tired and thirsty. Some die of sun stroke. The birds hide in their nests. The travelers are parched by the rays of the sun rest render the trees.



Disadvantages:-

Nights are pleasant in summer. People like to lie down in open places. Summer rains are welcome, cool gentle breeze blows from the south in the morning. The farmers plough their fields. It is a hard time for them. The cattle suffer for want to grass. Sometimes the weather becomes sultry. People feel lazy and don't like to work. Schools and colleges remain closed in summer. Everything becomes neat and clean. There is no mind or marsh. We get plenty of mangoes, jackfruits, watermelons, pine apples. Many sweet smelling flowers like Champa, Malli bloom in this season. The summer sky is clear and blue. The moon beams bright.



Conclusion:-

Despite some disadvantages the summer is good. It brings in rains.
